The rules for using Tooladoo, in plain words. By using the site you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Tooladoo (https://tooladoo.com) is run by CEAPA COOL S.R.L., a company registered in Romania:

2. The service

Tooladoo offers online tools that convert, repair, extract or change files you upload. The tools run on our servers; you download the results. There is no account. We may add, change or remove tools, and we may limit file sizes, the number of jobs or the time a job may take, to keep the service working for everyone.

3. Your files and results

  • You keep all rights to your files and results. You allow us to process each file only to run the tool you chose and give you the result, as described in the privacy policy. Uploads are deleted when processing ends and results after 30 minutes.
  • Only upload files you have the right to use and process, including any personal data of other people they contain (for example camera footage or documents about others). You are responsible for how you use the results.
  • Many tools read closed or undocumented formats. We work hard to make results complete and correct, and each tool reports what it could not convert, but a result can differ from the original. Check important results and keep your original files. A converted file is not a forensic or certified copy.

4. What you must not do

  • Upload anything illegal, malware, or files meant to attack or overload the service.
  • Try to get around the limits, the isolation of jobs or other security measures, or access other people's jobs.
  • Use the tools to break passwords, encryption or copy protection you are not entitled to remove, or to infringe copyright or other people's rights.
  • Use automated scripts to send large numbers of jobs, or resell the service, without our written permission.

We may block access that breaks these rules.

5. Prices and payments

If a tool or a job has a price, it is shown clearly, with what you get, before you pay. Payments are processed by a payment provider named at checkout. A paid result is available to download as soon as the job finishes.

Consumers in the EU normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content supplied at once, you ask us to start right away and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal ends once the result is delivered (Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, Art. 16(m)). This does not affect your rights if a result is defective: if a paid result can't be delivered or doesn't work as described, write to us and we will fix it or refund you, as the law on digital content requires (Government Emergency Ordinance 141/2021).

6. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service available and working, but we can't promise that it will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profits or lost data), and our liability for anything else is limited to what you paid us for the job concerned. None of this limits liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for harm to life or health, or any rights you have as a consumer that can't be excluded.

7. Names of formats and products

File formats and product names mentioned on the site belong to their owners. Tooladoo is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by them; the names are used only to say which files the tools work with.

8. Changes

We may update these terms, for example when we add tools or payment options. The version on this page, with its date, applies from the moment it is published; a job already started keeps the terms in force when it started.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. Please write to us first at office@ceapa.cool: most problems are solved quickly that way. Consumers can also turn to the Romanian consumer protection authority (ANPC) and its alternative dispute resolution service (SAL). Otherwise, disputes go to the competent courts of Romania, unless the law gives a consumer the right to go to the courts where they live.
